. Improved disinfection technologies including – steam cleaner for disinfecting surfaces throughout the hotel as well as use of UVC ultraviolet light technology to disinfect rooms, lobbies and communal areas.
. Disinfection of keys – placing them in a special container during check out.
. Remove shared multi-purpose objects such as menus, magazines, etc. to minimise the chances of transporting germs to the site to zero.
. Strengthening hygiene services in all public areas and in particular in "high risk" items e.g. doorknobs, handles, etc.
